FAQ

  1. My meter keeps giving me a message saying Error Code ___________, what do I do?
    • Copy the message and, using your HUD, click on help, and it will send a message to the Discord server for a staff member to investigate. You do not have to have Discord for it to work. The button acts as a pager. Once resolved, you will be contacted with further instructions.
  2. Can I exchange Lindens for roleplay currency?
    • No, per Linden Labs policy, you cannot exchange Lindens for any form of currency for the Elite Roleplay System.
  3. I changed my class/role, and my money went away. Why?
    • To prevent users from changing and trying to monopolize whenever you change your class or role, your stats are cleared. 
  4. I want to sell items I made and make them compatible with Elite roleplay system. What do I need to do?
    • Contact support either by group, site, or using your HUD and submitting a ticket and wait for further instructions. 
  5. I have a sim/community and I want to ensure it is an Elite Sponsored Sim what do i need to do?
    • The sim owner needs to send a message through the site or HUD ONLY and await further instructions.
  6. Can I change the password my HUD is saying on my account for the website?
    • Yes, by sending a support ticket. Please allow up to 48 hours to be contacted, as only high-level administration can change your password within the system for your privacy and safety. Be prepared with the current password on the account, and the password you wish it to be. Passwords are required to have at least one symbol and one number, and at least 5 characters.
