Welcome to the Elite Roleplay System (ERS) in Second Life. By using this system, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using any part of the ERS system.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By rezzing, using, or interacting with any product, HUD, script, or component associated with Elite Roleplay System (ERS), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree, you must refrain from using the system.
2. Usage Requirements
- You must have a valid Second Life account.
- You must be 18 years or older per Linden Labs TOS.
- You are responsible for your roleplay actions and interactions.
- You must use ERS in designated roleplay areas, respecting the local sim rule.
3. Code of Conduct
Users of ERS agree to:
- Engage in fair and immersive roleplay.
- Respect other players and staff at all times.
- Avoid harassment, griefing, or abuse of any kind.
- Do not exploit or abuse the ERS system features, bugs, or mechanics.
- Follow the rules of the region or community where ERS is used.
- Verbal abuse of ERS staff can and will result in a temporary or permanent ban from the system.
4. Intellectual Property
All ERS scripts, systems, HUDs, textures, and branding are the intellectual property of the system creator(s). You may not:
- Copy, modify, redistribute, or resell any part of the ERS system.
- Reverse-engineer or extract scripts from ERS products.
- Claim any part of the system as your own.
5. Purchasing & Licensing
- All purchases are final. No refunds will be given unless required by Second Life policy.
- ERS licenses are non-transferable unless stated otherwise.
- You may not share or distribute licensed content to others not authorized to use it.
- Businesses do have a separate set of terms to agree to contact support.
6. Support & Updates
- Support is provided at the discretion of ERS staff.
- Updates and features may be added or removed at any time without prior notice.
- Bugs should be reported promptly for resolution.
7. Penalties & Enforcement
Violating these terms may result in:
- Temporary or permanent bans from ERS-enabled regions.
- Revocation of your ERS license or access.
- Reporting to Second Life’s Abuse Team if TOS violations occur.
8. Privacy
ERS may collect limited data (e.g., avatar name, roleplay stats) to ensure functionality. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
9. Changes to Terms
ERS reserves the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the system after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.

For support or inquiries, please contact the designated ERS support staff in-world by using the group or by sending a support ticket through your Elite HUD.
